Ingredients

Frozen Strawberries, Banana, Frozen Yellow Squash, 1 cup Spinach (I buy fresh then throw the whole bag in to the freezer and use it as I need it) Strawberry Yogurt, water, ice, your choice of artificial sweetner

Directions

Place 1 1/2 cup water in blender. Add 1 cup Ice, the banana and the yogurt, blend. Thaw 1/2 cup frozen strawberries and 1 cup frozen yellow squash in microwave for 30 seconds. Add to blender and blend for about 1 minute. Add the spinach and 1 tsp artificial sweetner (I use sweet and low) and continue blending for another minute. Enjoy.
May use fresh fruit and vegetables instead of frozen. I sometimes add 1/2 cup frozen blueberries or a fresh apple. If you don't like the color (light brown) of the beverage, omit the spinach and/or substitute with the vegetable of your choice.
