Ingredients

    All purpose flour - 12 Cups
    Whole wheat Flour - 8 Cups
    Soy flour - 4 Cups
    Wheat germ - 1 1/2 Cups
    Milk -2 Quarts
    Olive Oil - 2/3 Cup
    Dry yeast - 4 packages
    salt -5 Teaspoons
    Blackstrap Molasses - 1 cup
    Honey -1 Cup
    Seseme Seeds - 1/2 Cup

Directions

1. Disolve the yeast in one cup of warm water. Let set in warm place and stir just enough to get the yeast wet. Heat milk to scalding.
2. Combine the flour, wheat flour, soy flour and wheat germ and divide into two large bowls.
3. Mix the hot milk, molasses, honey, olive oil, salt and yeast. Stir into one of the bowls of the dry ingredients. Stir at least 301 times. Place in a draft free location and let rise for one hour.
4. Stir in enough of the remaining flour to Kneading consistancy and knead in the rest of the flour. Knead well should take about 30 minutes.
5. Place in oiled pan and let rise one more hour. Divide into eight equal parts. Put into loaf pans and let raise untio almost doubled.
6. Bake at 400 degrees for ten minutes - lower to 325 degrees and bake for 50 minutes.
