Wheat bread made in the bread machine, but safe enough for a diabetic Wheat bread made in the bread machine, but safe enough for a diabetic
Number of Servings: 24


    1 egg
    1 tbls. splenda
    1 1/2 tsp. low sodium salt
    1 pat of butter
    1 1/2 c. white flour
    1 1/2 c. wheat flour
    3 tsp. yeast
    2 tbls. gluten


This will make 2 loaves of bread.
I mix everything up in the machine, set it on the dough setting, run the machine for 30 minutes, and then stop it. Take the dough out, spray 2 loaf pans with pam, split dough into 2 sections and put one in each pan. When the bread rises to your desired height, bake for 30 minutes.
