    .75 c water
    1 tbsp. white vinegar
    mix together and set aside
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 c. flour (1/2 white, 1/2 whole wheat)
    2 tbsp sweetner (agave nectar)
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp soda
    2 tbsp applesauce

Directions

pour into bread pan, bake at 400 for 25 minutes. makes 8 servings
