Ingredients
-
One 16oz package of Honeysuckle White Turkey Sausage
One 2-cup bag of Great Value shredded Chedder Cheese (Kraft reduced fat would make the stats even better!)
1 single use package Great Value Buttermilk Pancake mix (or 1-1.5 cups of Biscuick or other pancake mix.)
*Note I like using the single serving packages of pancake mix because it adds a slight sweetness to the sausage balls, and because it's convenient since you don't have to measure anything.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine raw sausage, shredded cheese, and bisquick. I use my stand mixer, but you can mix by hand too, it just takes a little longer.
Form balls from the sausage mixture, if it's overly sticky you can add a little more bisquick. I usually try to make tablespoon sized balls, but you can make them smaller or larger.
Place on baking sheet for 25-30 minutes until nicely brown.
