Ingredients

    2 Eggs
    2 C. sugar
    1.5 C Canola Oil
    Beat above thoroughly.

    Sift together the following, then add to above mixture:
    3 C. flour
    3/4 tsp salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon

    Then stir in:
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 C. nuts, chopped
    3 C. raw apples, chopped

Directions

Beat first 3 ingredients thoroughly.

Sift together and add to first mixture the next 4 (dry) ingredients.

Stir in the last 3 ingredients. Bake1.5 hours at 350 degrees in oiled and floured pan. (This cake freezes well.)
