Ingredients

    Milk, canned, evaporated, 1 can (13 oz)
    Sweetened Condensed Milk, 1 can, 396 gram(s)
    Egg, fresh, 3 large
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, .5 tsp
    Bread, french day old, 8 slice, large
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp
    Raisins, .5 cup, packed

Directions

Preheat oven to 325F. Cut bread into cubes, set aside. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over bread. Let stand for 5 minutes. Pour into a greased 8 by 8 pan and bake for 30 - 40 minutes.

Serve with creme anglaise (not counted in calories) or vanilla ice cream.
