Ingredients

1 Pkg (6.25oz) Uncle Ben's Quick Cooking Long Grain & Wild Rice
1.5 Cups cooked, chopped chicken
1 (80z) can Sliced Water Chestnuts, drained
1 Cup finely chopped celery
1.25 Cups finely chopped onion
1 Cup Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise
1 (10.75 oz) can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
Directions
Cook Quick Cooking Long Grain and Wild Rice according to package directions.
Preheat Oven to 325 degrees.
Combine Rice with chicken, Water Chestnuts, Celery, and Onions. Put in a 2.5 Quart baking dish.
Stir Mayo and Soup together and spread over the top of chicken mixture.
Bake, covered, in oven for 1 hour. Remove from Oven, stir together, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
