Ingredients

    1/4c butter
    1 cup sugar
    2 eggs

    combine following dry alternatively with the sour milk

    2 cups flour (I use 1 cup white, 1 cup whole wheat)
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    2 tsp vanilla

    1 cup sour milk (1 cup milk + 1 tbsp white vinegar)

    1/4 c brown sugar mixed with 1 tbsp cinnamon
    Layer in the pan with mix, then spoon the cinnamon mix, layer of mix, cinnamon, layer of mix, top with rest. Use a spoon and gently swirl the cinnamon (not mix)
