Ingredients

    260g cooked or one 15.5oz can garbanzo beans, drained (reserve half cup liquid)
    1 clove garlic
    1T sesame tahini
    2T olive oil
    1 whole roasted red pepper, seeded (available in jars)
    1T lemon juice

Directions

Blend all in blender or food processor
Makes approximately three to four 1/3C servings
