Introduction

Good on it's own or as a sub, or in a pita pocket, or on a bed of lettuce. Good on it's own or as a sub, or in a pita pocket, or on a bed of lettuce.

Ingredients

    2 large ribs celery, chopped
    1/2 c. red onion, chopped
    1 red apple, chopped
    1/4 c. slivered almonds, toasted
    1 can chunk tuna, broken up
    3 hard boiled eggs
    1/2 c. mayonnaise

Directions

Put eggs on to boil. Toast dlivered almonds at 350 F for 5 minutes.

Chop celery, onions and apple and put in serving bowl. Add tuna and almonds. Chop eggs and add them. Toss with mayonnaise.
