    1/3 cp Shortening
    1/2 cp Splenda
    2 eggs
    3/4 cp wheat flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 1/2 cp mashed bananas
    1/4 cp walnuts (chopped)

Directions

mix all ingredients. Lightly coat pan with non-stick spray. Bake at 350 for 45 - 60 minutes.
