Ingredients

    2 cups Oatmeal, uncooked
    1/4 cup molasses
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 cup almonds (raw)
    1 cup whole grain flour
    2 cup2 fresh Blackberries
    1/2 honey
    1 fresh egg
    1 cup nonfat milk
    1/2 cup flax meal
    1/2 cup wheat germ
    2 Tbsp olive oil


Directions

Blend all ingredients together in a mixer until blended. Spread in baking pan and bake at 200 degrees for 3 hours.
