Introduction
This is my husband's version of his sister's chili recipe. We like it because it's more sweet than spicy. You could easily use 2 lbs of ground beef in place of 1 lb beef, 1 lb venison. Ingredients

1 lb lean ground beef
1 lb lean ground venison
1 c chopped onion
2 (28 oz) cans diced tomatoes
2 (15.5 oz) cans kidney beans
1/4 c chili powder
1/4 Tbsp salt
1 c sugar
3/8 c white vinegar
1/4 Tbsp black pepper
Directions
Brown hamburger and venison in a Dutch Oven. Add the remaining ingredients (don't drain the tomatoes or beans). Cover and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Simmer for about an hour.
Makes approximately 18 (1 cup) servings.
