Ingredients

4 Thomas Bagel Thins, any variety
155 grams Glen Muir Tomato Sauce (between 1/2 and 3/4 cup, I use a scale)
    2 Crimini or Button Mushrooms
    4 large cloves of Garlic
3/4 cup of Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
2 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Separate bagels halves and organize on cookie sheet.

Spread tomato sauce on bagels, approx. 1.5 tbsp per bagel.

Dice mushrooms and garlic, and sprinkle on bagel halves.

Place bagels in oven for 5 minutes -- this gives the mushrooms and garlic a chance to cook before you add the cheese. (I prefer my toppings under the cheese because they don't fall off while I'm eating them.)

Grate 2 tbsp of Parmesan cheese, set aside.

Remove bagels from oven and set oven to broil.

Sprinkle Mozzarella and Parmesan on top of bagels and broil for 2 minutes.

Enjoy! Makes 2 very filling servings of 4 bagel halves each.
