Ingredients

6 Barilla no-boil lasagna noodles
1/2 lb 93% lean ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
1 jar Paul Newman Spaghetti sauce
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 c. low fat ricotta cheese
3 T. shredded parmesan cheese
1 egg
salt and pepper
Directions
Cook hamburger w/ onion
Combine ricotta, egg, 1/2 the mozzarella and the parmesan.
Spread 1 cup of spaghetti sauce on bottom of 8 in square pan you have sprayed with non-stick spray. Put down 2 of the dry noodles. Layer 1/2 of the ricotta mixture, 1/2 of the hamburger, 1/3 c. of remaining mozzarella and 1 c. sauce. Layer the same ingredients again ending with 2 noodles on top with last of sauce and mozzarella. Cover with foil, bake at 350 for 40 minutes, take off foil to bake for another 15 minutes. Let stand about 5 minutes before serving.
