Introduction

This is so good. I used leftover rice. This is a low fat high fiber dish. Can use tomatoes with chiles if you want it a little spicer. To have less sodium use low sodium taco seasoning and tomatoes. Ingredients

    4 Cups cooked Brown Rice
    8 oz Lean ground turkey
    1 cup chopped onions & green peppers
    I can diced tomatoes with basil, garlic & oregano
    4 envelopes of slenda
    season with garlic powder to taste
    1 can black beans drained
    2 tsp taco seasoning or to taste

Directions

Brown onions and peppers in a little olive oil or just spray pan. Add turkey and cook until crumbly. Add rice stir until warm then add one can of dice tomatoes.and black beans, Sprinkle with the taco seasoning and splenda. Mix well and let cook on low to let flavors blend. One serving is 1 cup. Makes approx 7 servings
