Ingredients

    1/2 red pepper
    1/2 Summer Squash
    1/2 Zucchini
    1/2 cup onion
    3 cloves garlic
    1/2 cup cooked spinach
    2 Jennie-o Sweet Italian Sausages
    1 Chicken Bullion cube
    1/2 cup of water
    salt and pepper to taste
    7oz. Ronzoni Smart Taste Penne
    2 tbsp olive oil

Directions

Cook sausage and pasta separately. cook vegetables in a pan with a little bit of olive oil. Add chicken bullion cube with water. Mix in pasta and sausage.
