Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    For the dough:
    * Flour, whole grain, 500 grams
    * Milk, nonfat, 250 grams
    * Apples, fresh, 1 cup, quartered or chopped
    * Egg, fresh, 2 large
    * Brown Sugar, 3 tsp unpacked
    * Yeast, bakers, 1 ounce
    * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp

    For the filling:
    * Apples, fresh, 1000 grams
    * Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 10 tsp
    * Cinnamon, ground, 4 tbsp

Directions

Grate the apples for the filling, add the Splenda, add the cinnamon and put it all in a pan on the cooker to get soft and evaporate the apple juice.

Meanwhile, mix the wet ingredients for the dough, then add them to the dry ingredients and mix them together until you get a ball. Add more flour if needed, so it doesn't stick. Part the ball in two. Grease a tray and preheat the oven at 200 degrees. Roll one ball into a dough sheet and place it in the greased tray. Spread the apple mixture on top, then turn the other ball into a sheet and place it on top of the apple filling.

Put the tray in the oven and bake at medium heat for 40 minutes or until crust is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.

Grease a tray, preheat the oven at 200 degrees.
