Ingredients

    1/4 medium head cabbage (10 ounces)
    1 zucchini (9 ounces)
    1 yellow squash (9 ounces)
    3/4 cup chopped Vidalia onion

    Dressing:
    3/4 cup cider vinegar
    1/2 cup Splenda
    2 Tbsp. Canola oil
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. celery seed

    Serving size: 1/2 cup

Directions

Grate cabbage, zucchini and yellow squash into a bowl. Chop onion.
Combine dressing ingredients. Pour over vegetables.
