Introduction

Reworked the "Big Breakfast Cookie" by FROZEN1906, Original recipe suggests 4 rather large cookies, I create 8 medium size cookies and I use brown sugar & added vanilla extract.
I use this cookie for my "Cookie Diet" plan

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups oatmeal
    1/4 cup raisins
    1/4 cup flour
    1 1/2 cups dry milk
    1 cup applesauce
    1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. baking power
    1/4 cup brown sugar


Directions

Combine Wet to Dry ingredients

Place dough on PARCHMENT LINED cookie sheet or you will be sorry.

Bake for 12 - 15 min. in a 350 degree oven

FYI - Dough spreads very little during baking process so form the cookie size and shape you desire before baking.
