Introduction
This is my version of a recipe I found on the internet. It is a little high in calories and fat, but the portions are fairly large so you could serve yourself a slightly smaller portion. Or, you could do like I do and save this recipe for a day when you eat a smaller sized breakfast and lunch. Add a side salad and your have a delicious meal! Ingredients

1 lb lean ground beef (browned and seasoned)
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, smashed
1 (26 ounce) can/jar marinara sauce (I use Ragu 7-Herb)
1 tsp dried italian seasoning
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup part skim ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded italian style cheese
12 ounces lasagna noodles, uncooked
Directions
Brown ground beef, onion and garlic in pan with salt and pepper and any other seasonings you'd like. Add marinara sauce and cook long enough to get it warm. Spoon a layer of meat sauce onto the bottom of the slow cooker. Add a double layer of uncooked lasagna noodles (break to fit) and top with cheeses. Repeat with sauce, noodles and cheeses until all are used up. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours.
