Introduction

This recipe is a revised version of BLUERAY's Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins (http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-det
ail.asp?recipe=292497). I substituted apple sauce for vegetable oil, egg whites for 2 of the eggs, and whole-wheat flour for half of the flour, and I used less brown sugar and chocolate chips. I submitted this recipe so that I could accurately track the nutrition information for my version, which has about 60 less calories.
