    1 16 ounce can of fat free refried beans
    1 15 ouce can of balck beans rinsed
    1/2 cup prepared salsa
    4 scallions chopped
    1/2 tsp of ground cumin
    1/2 tsp of chili powder
    1/4 cup pickledjalapeno slices chopped
    1 cup of shredded Montery Jack or cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream
    1/1/2 cups chopped lettuce
    1 medium tomatoe
    1 medium avocado chopped


combine refried beans, balck bean, scallions, salso, cumin, chili poder and jalapeos in a meduim bowl. Transfer to a shallow 2 QT baking dish and sprinkle with cheese. Microwave until the cheese ismelted and the beans are hot, 3 to 5 minutes. Spread sour cream evenly overt hte hot bean mixture, then scatter with lettuce, tomato, and avocado.
