Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 pound 93% Lean ground beef
    .75 cup chopped carrots
    .75 cup chopped celery
    1 whole onion chopped
    .5 cup chopped mushrooms (optional)
    2 egg whites
    1 cup raw oats
    1 cup tomato sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    cooking spray

Directions

Preheat oven to 350
In a large bowl, Mix all of the ingredients except the catsup
Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray
Form the mixture into a loaf
Top with catsup..spread evenly ovet the top...use more if desired
Bake for 1 hour
Excellent served with sweet potatoes, squash or yams...I usually put those in the oven at the same time
