Introduction

Ingredients


    15 oz can Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained
    3 cloves Garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. organic Tahini,
    2 tsp Olive Oil,
    1 tsp Sesame Oil,
    3 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
    2 slices roasted sweet red Peppers,
    1/4 cup, Plain Nonfat Yogurt

Directions

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Chill for about 2-3 hours for best flavor. Great served on crackers, pita chips or baked tortilla chips. Makes 16 1/4 cup servings

    I really liked the flavor of this, I did find it a little runny so I would add less yogurt next time. - 1/26/09
