Ingredients
-
1 hard boiled egg
2 strips of thick, cooked bacon
1 large mushroom
1 tbsp of Renee's Poppyseed Dressing
2 cups of spinach
Directions
1. Hard boil your egg(s) ahead of time, let them cool. Chop into pieces.
2. Meanwhile, cook the bacon (I like to cook it in the oven because I find it makes the least amount of mess). Once is it finished to your liking (I like mine crispy), chop into pieces.
3. Chop mushroom(s) into bite size pieces.
4. Add spinach and all other ingredients to a large bowl so there is room to toss all ingredients together.
5. Add Renee's Poppyseed dressing and toss.
Enjoy!
