Ingredients

SALAD:
4 cups - shredded cabbage
1 cup - diced celery (thinely)
1 cup - cucumber diced (thinely, peel removed)
1/2 cup scallions - green parts only!!
1 - baby zucchini - jullianed
DRESSING:
1oz water
2 Tbsp fish sauce
2 Tbsp rice vinegar
1 Tbsp minced shallot
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 serrano chili pepper sliced
2 tsp sugar
1 Tbsp Thai Chili Sauce
1/4 cup sunflower oil
TOPPING:
1 package - ramen noodles (noodles only!!)
1 oz tosted sesame seeds
Directions
Shred cabbage - 4 cups
thinly slice celery, scallions and cucumber.
Jullian zucchini
Mix and toss all vegetables together.
To Make Dressing:
Combine -
1oz water
2 Tbsp fish sauce
2 Tbsp rice vinegar
1 Tbsp minced shallot
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 serrano chili pepper sliced
2 tsp sugar
1 Tbsp Thai Chili Sauce
1/4 cup sunflower oil
- mix together...set aside.
Toast sesame seeds....crush ramen noodles.
Toss - veg...dressing with seeds and ramen noodles.
ENJOY! To save for later....preserve the items seperately...and combine only what you plan to consume. It becomes less crunchy when stored overnight with dressing already added.
