    1 pkg. Hungry Jack premium Hashbrowns
    Lawry's seasoning salt
    2 tbsp. country crock
    2 oz. kraft shredded mexican cheese


Mix seasoning salt with dry potatoes. Follow box instructions for preparation, substituting country crock for oil. Cook 3 minutes on one side and flip (I dump/flip onto a plate and then slide uncooked side down into pan). Cook an additional 3 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Brown under broiler.
