Ingredients

    1 cup skim milk
    1 egg
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp salt

Directions

Mix wet ingredients. Add dry ingredients. Fry in non-stick pan with canola oil spray. Makes 8, 4" pancakes.
