CRUSTLESS CHEESECAKE WITH CHERRY TOPPING CRUSTLESS CHEESECAKE WITH CHERRY TOPPING

Ingredients

    2 packages 4 oz sugar free jello (cherry or raspberry)
    1 cup boiling water
    1 cup lowfat cottage cheese
    1 cup non fat plain yogurt
    1 can cherries in water (15 oz)
    4 tblsp low fat sour cream
    5 packets stevia

Directions

mix jello with boiling water in a food processor or blender.
add cheese and yogurt. place in pie plate and put in frdige until jelled. mix cherries, stevia and sour cream together and place in the fridge until jello mixture has set. When set, spread cherry mix on top.
