Introduction

A raw version of clif bar, peanut chocolate chip flavor.
I store these in the freezer in snack baggies, ready to grab.

Ingredients

    1 cup raw almonds, can be dry toasted
    1 cup raisins
    1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 cup whole rolled oats
    1/4 cup ground flaxseed
    1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions

Rinse almonds and raisins in water, leave wet.
Grind up in food processor until fairly fine and forming a ball. Add peanut butter, salt, cinnamon, and soy flour. Process until blended.
Remove to bowl and fold in oats and chocolate, using wet hands works well.
Dump onto parchment paper and press together, forming a rectangle- size and thickness not important.
Cut into 8 bars and chill.
