Introduction

Based off a recipe from allrecipes.com. Our whole family loves it, and I often will cook up extra pork just so I have leftovers to make this. Ingredients

    8 oz rice noodles, soaked in warm water for 10 minutes then drained
    2 Tb canola oil
    2 c carrots, chopped
    1 c onion, chopped
    6 c Napa cabbage, chopped
    1 c mushrooms, sliced
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 1/2 c cooked shrimp, chopped
    1 1/2 c cooked pork loin, cubed
    4 Tb oyster sauce
    1 tsp ground ginger*
    1 c water
    1 tsp Wyler's Sodium Free Chicken Bouillion

Directions

Heat oil in wok or large skillet. Add carrots and cook for about 8 minutes, then add onions. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, then add cabbage, mushrooms & garlic. Cook for about 2 minutes, then add all remaining ingredients. Cover and allow to simmer until everything is heated through.

*Fresh ginger is even better if you have it on hand. If using fresh, grate it and add it along with the cabbage & garlic.
