Introduction

This is a very EASY recipe to throw together. great for lunch or to bring to a picnic. This is a very EASY recipe to throw together. great for lunch or to bring to a picnic.

Ingredients

    1 can black beans
    1 can red kidney beans
    1 can garbonzo beans
    juice from 1 large lemon
    1 bell pepper chopped
    .25 or less tsp of sea salt
    1 tsp of black pepper
    1 tbsp ground flaxseed- Optional (included in nutrition calculation)
    1 can (12.5oz) canned chicken breast

Directions

Rinse and drain the beans. Squeeze out water from the can of chicken.

In a large bowl mix ALL ingredients (flaxseed is optional).

makes about 5 servings, 1 cup per serving.

*** you can also make with canned tuna instead of chicken!

    Incredible!
    I made this with a few more additives such as soy beans and celery and onions, corn , cucumbers, salad noodles and chopped bock Choy. I did not put any dressing on it. This way it gave the other people a chance to decide what they wanted. I put lime juice and a little salt and pepper. - 2/19/17
