Ingredients

    1 Box of Prepackage Chocolate Cake Mix

    1 Can of Diet Coke (12 ounces)

Directions

Take a prepackaged cake mix (from any grocery store, Betty Crocker, etc) and instead of using the ingredients listed on the back like water, eggs, and oil.

Mix in one can of diet coke. Works best with a chocolate or fudge cake.

For whiter cakes like lemon or vanilla, mix in a can of diet 7up or diet sprite.

Follow Baking instruction on cake mix box for temp and baking times. Serving size 12 (24 cupcakes with cut serving size in half.)

    I love this recipe & make it pretty often. Right now I have Chocolate Fudge mix with Diet Root Beer. Yummm! Husband also loves Yellow mix with Diet Lemon Lime soda. - 2/15/08

  • this is an amazing cake i used yellow cake and diet coke, tastes great light and moist. Frosted it with cool whip lite and blueberries yumm! - 8/19/08
