Ingredients

    1 lbs Ground Beef - 93% Lean
    1 lbs Ground Turkey - 93% Lean
    1 can Kidney Beans
    3 cloves Garlic
    1- 15 oz Cans Crushed Tomatoes
    1- 15 oz Can Tomato Sauce
    3 tbsp Chili Powder
    1 tsp Red Cayenne Pepper
    1 tsp Black Pepper
    3 tsp Salt

Directions

Add all ingredients into slow cooker. Cook on high for 6 hours and stir occasionally. Serve with reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese or sour cream. Makes 6 2-cup servings.
