Ingredients
-
1 8oz container of fat free whipped topping (cool whip)
2 cups of milk (fat free)
1 box Jello fat free/sugar free banana instant pudding
10 reduced fat Oreo cookies (save one for garnish)
Directions
Take 9 oreo cookies and crush them, then spread then evenly across the bottom a square 9x9 dish. You can spray the crushed oreo with spray butter to help hold it in place but it is not neccessary.
In another bowl mix 2 cups of fat free milk with the box of banana pudding stir till it starts to thicken then add in the whipped topping and mix well.
Pour the pudding mixture over the crushed oreos and smooth out.
Crush up remaining oreo cookie and sprinkle it over top of the pudding mixture.
Refridgerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
For a frozen treat place it in freezer overnight, it will taste like Ice cream.
For this recipe I use a 9x9 square tupperware container, then I cut it into 9 - 3x3 squares.
