    1 cup of water (the temperature from the tap is fine, neither hot or cold)

    2 tablespoons olive oil

    3 cups whole wheat flour

    1 teaspoon sugar

    1 teaspoon salt

    2 1/2 teaspoons yeast


Add in the order stated according to breadmaker instructions.

When finished, divide into two balls (you can freeze one) and work into a circle. Add desired toppings and bake in a hot hot oven until done.
