Introduction

My favorite seafood restaurant serves this with spicy red rice and all the high fat trimmings. You can make it tasty and healthy by using the turkey sausauge and salt free seasonings. After slightly browing the sausage add shredded, rinsed cabbage to skillet. (Add a little water and be sure and get all the little brown bits off the bottom of the pan) Allow cabbage to cook through, then toss shrimp into skillet.
