Ingredients

    4 Green Bell Peppers
    1.25 lbs. Ground Turkey
    1 cup Onion, Chopped
    1 - 14 oz. Can Diced Tomatoes
    2 Egg Whites
    1.25 cups Cooked White Rice
    1 cup Tomato Sauce

Directions

While rice is cooking, slice the tops off of the four bell peppers and remove the seeds. Discard the stems, and put the peppers to the side. Chop the edible part of the tops of the peppers.
In a large mixing bowl, put the chopped pepper, onion, 1/2 of the can of diced tomatoes, egg whites, and turkey meat. Mix the ingredients until consistent. Mix in the cooked rice.
Into the bottom of the crock pot, spread the tomato sauce. Then, stuff each pepper shell with turkey mixture and place into the crock pot. Put the remaining diced tomatoes on top of the peppers.

Cook on low for 4 hours.

    Good
It does not only take 4 hours..took us 5.5 hours to cook. Took out and tried to eat after 4 and was raw turkey in the middle. Eww. Good but bland and needs more time - 6/14/17
