Introduction

Ingredients

    Diced Potatoes - 5-7
    Capers (no need to drain)- -2-3 Tbsp
    Chicken Broth - Or water with chicken bouilion - 4-6 cups
    onions - 1/4 cup chopped

    Meatballs
    lean ground turkey or chicken
    one egg
    1/4 cup bread crumbs
    salt an pepper to taste
    shallots or onion 1/4 cup chopped.

Directions

Make meatballs out of the ground turkey or chicken using the bread crumbs, salt, pepper, egg. Fry in frying pan to brown. In a pot put in broth, diced potatoes, salt and pepper, capers boiling while the meatballs are browning. Add in the shallots both in the broth and the meatballs. Once they are browned, put in pot with potaoes and boil for 15-20 minutes. If needed add more water.

When I eat it I like to mash the potatoes and meatballs all together.
