Ingredients

    14.5 oz diced tomatoes
    15 oz tomato sauce
    6 oz tomato paste
    10 oz mild rotel
    13.2 oz mushrooms, canned pieces and stems
    16 oz Italian seasoned ground turkey
    16 oz Jenni-o Ground Turkey
    16 oz water
    Chili powder
    Old Bay Seasoning
    1 Medium white onion

Directions

Brown the Italian seasoned turkey burger and the Jennie-o turkey burger in a pan with the onion finely chopped. Once browned, drain the meat and combine all other ingredients in a crock pot. Season to taste with the chili powder and Old Bay seasoning. Cook on high for 1 hour. Makes 1 gallon of Chili, which is calculated at 16 servings total.
