Slow cooked beef roast in a ginger-teriyaki marinade. Slow cooked beef roast in a ginger-teriyaki marinade.
Number of Servings: 10


    2.5 lb. beef roast, lean
    5 tbsp. teriyaki sauce
    1 tsp. ginger (or less, to taste)
    1 tsp. sugar


Mix marinade together and place in a resealable plastic bag with roast and let rest in refrigerator for 2-5 hours. If marinade is insufficient to completely cover roast, add water until just enough to completely cover the roast in the bag. Place roast and marinade in crock pot and turn on low for 8+ hours. This is a forgiving recipe on time - I forgot about mine and it cooked for 14 hours without drying out or tasting bad.

Shred beef onto sandwiches, makes approximately 10 sandwiches.
