Ingredients

    1-2 tsp Brummel and Brown
    1 Medium Potato
    1/2c 1% milk
    4 wedges Laughing Cow light
    1/4 tsp salt & pepper (to taste)
    2-3 TBS chives
    1/8 tsp paprika

Directions

Preheat oven at 350. Lightly butter small casserole dish with Brummel & Brown. Cut potato into thin slices and layer into dish. Microwave milk and whisk in laughing cow wedges until melted. Add spices. Pour over sliced potato and bake for 45 min. Makes 2 servings.
