    One can of black beans
    One medium sized tub of Pico de Gallo
    One small package of frozen corn
    Two tablespoons of fresh cilantro
    One tablespoon of Cayenne

Directions

Drain the beans in a colander

Mix the fresh cilantro and cayenne into the salsa
