Ingredients

    *1/2 cup Fat Free Vanilla Yogourt
    *1 cup Mixed Berries
    *1/2 cup Water
    *2 tbsp Ground Flaxseed
    *1 scoop Whey Protein Powder

Directions

Put all ingredients in blender and mix for 2 minutes.

Makes apx. 3 8-ounces servings.

*For a less thicker version, add more water.
