    3lbs Chicken Breast
    2lbs New Red Potatos
    3 cups Mushrooms
    12 oz Carrots
    2 cups brown and wild rice
    1 cup Corn
    6oz Tomato Paste
    1 cup diced Onions
    4 cups Fat Free Low Sodium Chicken Broth
    2tsp Thyme
    2tbsp Garlic
    2 cups Red Wine


Makes 8 servings

Cut Chicken into pieces

Mix all ingredients except broth, tomato paste, and wine in slow cooker

Mix tomato paste and broth, add to slow cooker, add wine, add water as needed

Cook on medium 6 hours
