Ingredients

    1 1/2 pounds stew meat
    6-8 baby red potatoes
    1 lb of carrots, chopped in big chunks
    1 medium onion
    seasoning salt
    1 can of beef gravy
    1 (14 1/2 oz) diced tomatoes

Directions

Layer all ingredients in crock pot adding meat last. Spring meat with seasoning salt. In a small bowl, combine gravy and diced tomato. Pour over all. Set to low and cook all day (8-10 hours). Serves 6.
