Introduction
Tender pork chops cooked with green beans, garlic, onion and mushrooms. Simple and yummy. The seasoning measurements are approximately the total amount I use throughout the whole cooking process, so season your chops/vegetables to your taste.
This will turn out very soupy, with a lot of the water leftover; it doesn't take away from the taste, but if you don't like it soupy, either drain all the soup out or use less water.
You also end up with a lot of vegetables, so you can keep the leftovers for a quick side dish to something else the following meal/day. Tender pork chops cooked with green beans, garlic, onion and mushrooms. Simple and yummy.
