    2 cups shredded carrots
    1 cup raw zuccini
    1 cup chopped apples
    3/4 cup shredded coconut
    1/2 cup chopped almonds
    2 cups white flour
    1 1/4 cup sugar
    3 large eggs

Directions

Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes
